CUISINE CONCEPT LTD, consulting company for the Hospitality Industry, though incorporated in 2017, is the result of more than 25 years of experience in a company involved in design, sales, installation and maintenance of equipment for the hospitality industry.
Through those years, we have contributed in design and equip the most popular and prestigious hotels and restaurant in Mauritius and also had the opportunity to design and equip hotels in Seychelles and Maldives.
Step 1:- After briefing with the client and discussion with the Architect, the ID and the Civil Engineer the concept drawing is prepared and presented to be approved.
Step 3: – After completion of step2, the next stage is the preparation all tender drawings with equipment list and specifications to be submitted to the Quantity Surveyor to call for tender.
Step 5:- When the client’s decision is final, construction drawings for equipment layout, floor drains positions, opening schedule and positions of wall corner protectors are submitted. At this step, we work in close collaboration with the Architect, the ID, the M&E consultants and the civil Engineer.
Step 2:- After the concept is accepted the equipment list with specifications is prepared.
Step 4:- When the offers are received, they are analyzed, and recommendations are submitted to the client.
Step 6:- Final step which follow up until signing off.
